Changing lives one RUCK at a time

Hey there, I’m Cassie  Army Veteran, founder of Mother RUCKer, certified Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Therapy) Practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and a devoted Rucker with over 15 years of experience on the trail and in life.

My mission is sacred: to guide people back into their bodies, into nature, and into alignment with the truth of who they are.
Through rucking, breath, and the healing power of the Earth, I help others reconnect  with themselves, with each other, and with this incredible planet we’re all blessed to call home.

Mother RUCKer is more than movement  it’s a calling.
We believe in the strength of community, the power of presence, and the soul-deep knowing that no one gets left behind.
Whether you show up with a weighted ruck, a heavy heart, or simply a desire to heal  you’re welcome here.🌬🤘🌏🙏🎒🥾🌲🌲

Together we move, breathe, sweat, and awaken  not just for fitness, but for freedom.
We challenge ourselves not to impress, but to express the truth of who we are.
We laugh, cry, connect, and walk beside one another, step by step, in the sacred rhythm of this life.

Fuel your body as nature intended. 🌿🥩🫐🥑
Eat whole, nourishing foods that support your energy and vitality. But healing isn’t just physical  it’s spiritual.
As a long-time practitioner and student of the Earth, I also work with:
🌬 Breathwork
🧘 Yin Yoga & Qigong
🌲 Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Therapy)
🌌 Meditation & Reiki
💆 Massage Therapy
These aren’t just practices they’re lifelines. They help me. They continue to guide me. And I know they can help others return to wholeness too.

I joined the military to protect, to serve, and to lead. That mission never ended  it simply evolved.
Now, I walk a new path: helping others rise, release, and return to themselves.

If I can help even one person feel seen, heard, supported, or inspired  that’s a mission complete in my heart.

So let’s move. Let’s heal. Let’s grow  together.

Mother RUCKer has your back. Always.

About

Helping others and empowering lives one RUCK at a time! 🌬🌞🌞👣🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲

Founded in 2022, Mother RUCKer has made a powerful impact thanks to the support of members, local friends and family across Puyallup, Orting, Buckley, and Seattle  and especially through the ongoing support of VFW Post 2224.

As a certified Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Therapy) Practitioner and breathwork facilitator, I’ve woven nature-based healing into every RUCK we offer. These monthly events aren’t just workouts 💪✨️🌲🥾🎒🌏 they’re opportunities to reconnect with ourselves, our breath, and the Earth beneath our boots.

So, what is RUCKIN’? 😎
Rucking is simply walking or hiking with weight. Born from military training, it’s accessible to anyone. Grab a backpack (or a weighted vest), throw in some weight and water, and head outside. Choose your distance, your terrain, your pace 🤘🥾🎒 it's all up to you. No fancy gear needed. Just a willingness to move, breathe, and connect.🌬🌲🌲🌲🌄

Whether you’re carrying heavy or just walking light, the experience builds strength, camaraderie, and a deeper connection to the world around you. Bring friends or meet new ones. Turn up the music, get in some ruck PT, rack up some miles, and hydrate like a warrior.

This is more than fitness. It’s movement with meaning.
At the heart of Mother RUCKer is passion, community, and healing. I'm on a mission to serve our veterans and civilians alike through movement, nature, and mindfulness.

Join us. Support us. And remember

Transforming Lives

As a certified Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Therapy) practitioner and breathwork facilitator, I guide each ruck with intention — blending movement, mindfulness, and nature’s sacred energy. We ground our feet to the Earth, breathe in life, and walk forward together, stronger and more whole.

We believe in movement as medicine, and nature as our greatest ally.

Community Outreach

Empowering Others

Mother RUCKer is more than a mission  it’s a movement of the soul.
We are here to honor our Veterans, uplift our community, and protect and reconnect with our greatest healer 🌬🌏 Mother Earth.

Every ruck we host is a sacred invitation to return to your roots, to move with intention, and to remember that you are not alone. To challenge yourself and push past your limiting beliefs.
Whether you're a warrior on a healing journey, a family seeking connection, or a soul searching for meaning  you belong here.

Our Mother RUCKer events blend nature, movement, and mindfulness to guide others back to their own truth.
You’ll find encouragement, understanding, and genuine connection. We walk together side by side like true battle buddies.
No one gets left behind. Ever.

We believe that healing happens outdoors, in motion, with hearts open and spirits grounded.
Through rucking, breathwork, and the ancient practice of Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Therapy), we empower others to slow down, breathe deep, and find their unique path back to peace, strength, and purpose.

Come laugh, move, reflect, and rise with us.
Reconnect with your body. Rewild your soul. Rediscover your strength in nature’s embrace.
